Sometimes We’re Afraid of Failing

Sometimes We're Afraid of FailingIn life we’re knocked down so many times that we start to doubt our progress and our road to success. With all the trials and tribulations we face, sometimes we’re afraid of failing. Albert Einstein said “Anyone who has never made a mistake has never tried anything new.” Let’s try to remind ourselves daily that the business owners, entrepreneurs, executives and influencers we admire (past and present) failed many times before they succeeded. We can achieve that success too.

  1. FOR ME, failure is about perception and unrealistic expectations. It is about my ability to understand that every goal I set I will not achieve and that’s okay. I get up, strategize and go again. If I achieved every goal I set exactly as I set it life would have no room for learning anything because then I’d be perfect and no one is perfect. Happy ‘occasional’ failing. It’s a great opportunity to learn and grow.

  2. A great reminder here of how important making mistakes and failure can be. They allow us to learn and grow and it’s important not to beat ourselves up over them.
